Casa Rosa is a terraced property accessed via the Grand Terrace up a set of stone steps. A smaller property, it enjoys views across the valley and provides guests with good quality accommodation.
Recently refurbished internally, Casa Rosa is a three bedroom property and can sleep up to 6 people.
Casa Rosa has 2 double bedrooms with king size beds and a twin room.
The main bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bath, the shower room also benefits from a walk-in shower.
The comfortable open-plan living area includes a modern kitchen with a hob, oven, full size fridge, small freezer and dishwasher, a dining area and lounge area with comfortable settee and chairs. A large fireplace, inset with a log burning stove provides an attractive feature for winter visits.
A cot and high chair can be provided if required. Although guests will need to provide their own cot bedding.
All beds have white cotton sheets. All bedrooms have a hairdryer.
All linen and towels are provided, including pool towels.
BBQ coals are provided.
The house has full central heating. All heating costs are included in the price.
On arrival guests will be provided with a Welcome Basket, in addition to the basic items such as tea and coffee.
Externally guests using Casa Rosa have their own shaded patio area and full use of the swimming pool (open May to October), Grand Terrace and orchard.
Casa Rosa can be let with Casa Gentili.
